PPG - how I lost my virginity

It started raining a minute after I put my tent on the Santa Felicita Camping on Saturday evening and it wasn't going to stop till Monday. It's a long weekend, what did we expect?. I planned to spend a lazy Sunday in my tent reading and watching French maps having Bornes to Fly at the back of my head... But in the morning Rysio and Basia from  tent next to mine came and invited me for breakfast. They fly Powered Paraglider in a tandem, rysio is a pilot, Basia is a navigator. They are quite good at it, actually the best in the world, current world champions and Rysiu has won everything that is to be won in this sport., multiple times. We went to the Garda Lake and later in the evening when the weather got slightly better they put me on a tandem wit Rysio. It was my first time on PPG and, oh, it's so different! Noisy, yes, but on the other hand you can fly in the ways and in conditions completely impossible in free flying. 

I love trying new things and I love when days like this, when the weather is nasty and you don't expect anything to happen turn into unforgettable experience!
